GALLERY OF PRODUCTS

Students came up with very compelling ideas and products.  Below are just some examples.  We are in the design stage this week, so students are currently in the process of designing a blueprint for the product they will create to either bring awareness to their issue or help contribute to a solution of the issue they selected.

Decreasing Deforestation: Students are going to write an article detailing what deforestation is, the effects of it, and how everyday citizens can help stop it.  They are going to submit their article to multiple newspapers to try and get it published to bring awareness to the issue.

Sneakers for the Streets: A student who currently owns his own sneaker distribution company and has used source funding to raise money to fund his operation.  To date, he has raised $500 to purchase sneakers for the homeless in Cleveland.  He is planning on donating the shoes to Our City Mission in Cleveland.

Project Cyclone: A student would like to create products to assist hurricane victims.  She is currently researching how to make water filtration devices and bandages out of recyclable material.

Ocean Pollution Pickup: Students are designing a blueprint for an unmanned machine that will use robotic arms to collect plastic waste in our oceans.

Plastic Waste Awareness: Students are designing a biodegradable bag to try and replace plastic sandwich bags.

Schooling 4 Girls: Students are looking to find and support secondary education for a girl in Africa.
